Ingeniera/o de soporte técnico en campo - CDMX y alrededores Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico What success looks like in this role: • Brinda soporte técnico en distintos entornos y con clientes, atendiendo múltiples cuentas simultáneamente. • Aplica conocimientos especializados para resolver incidencias en diferentes plataformas y configuraciones. • Apoya en la organización y seguimiento de tareas para asegurar la continuidad del servicio. • Atiende y da solución a incidentes técnicos, incluyendo casos complejos o escalados. • Participa en la implementación y actualización de equipos, sistemas o soluciones tecnológicas. • Proporciona orientación técnica para la resolución de problemas y mejora continua del servicio. • Colabora en iniciativas de capacitación y mejora de procesos técnicos. • Da seguimiento a situaciones con clientes para asegurar una solución efectiva y su satisfacción. • Monitorea el desempeño de equipos, sistemas y redes, identificando y corrigiendo fallas recurrentes. • Propone mejoras en procesos operativos para optimizar la atención, reducir errores y aumentar la eficiencia. You will be successful in this role if you have: Residir en Ciudad de México. Bachillerato concluido (certificado - título). Deseable : Carrera Técnica / Ingeniería trunca o concluida. Experiencia mínima de 5 años en soporte técnico en campo o en roles similares. Licencia de conducir vigente y automóvil/moto propio (viáticos cubiertos según la política de viajes).
