This role works in close partnership with a dedicated Talent Sourcer and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to deliver a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter leads interviews, manages hiring manager relationships, drives the selection process, and ensures alignment with talent strategies and business objectives. This position will work remotely for approximately the first year, with plans to transition to an onsite office in Monterrey, Mexico. The role reports to the Recruiting Manager. Job Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for U.S.-based roles, from intake to offer. Partner with a Sourcer and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to align on hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategy.
