Team Description: The Data Science Team at Reddit is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced leader to head a team of talented data scientists focused on the Marketing & Business Development domain. Our core mission is to evolve Marketing & BD Data Science from ad-hoc reporting to a strategic data science partnership that scales Reddit's marketing efforts, and to help product and marketing teams make data-driven, high-confidence decisions.
