We are a group of dedicated strategists and storytellers who bring to life how Cisco's technology, people, and partnerships create meaningful impact around the world. Your Impact: Content Strategy & Leadership: Serve as the Editorial and Content lead for the Social Impact and Inclusion Office (SIIO) and Cisco Crisis Response (CCR) team. Write and edit blogs, impact stories, and thought leadership. Lead content strategy and manage the end-to-end creative process from story ideation to publication and evaluation. Storytelling & Writing: Write and edit high-quality, purpose-driven content for blogs, reports (including the annual Purpose Report), surveys, newsletters, rankings, websites and executive talking points. Editorial Management: Develop and maintain the SIIO and CCR editorial calendars, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging content that aligns with Cisco's Purpose messaging, branding, and accessibility guidelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal and external contributors, thought leaders, and cross-functional teams to source diverse perspectives, stories, and insights. Digital Amplification: Partner with internal and external partners to amplify content across multiple channels, including social media, newsletters, and internal communication platforms.
