Job Title: Communications Manager - CX Organization Meet the Team The Customer Experience (CX) Executive Communications team is a dynamic group dedicated to driving strategic internal communications that engage and advise Cisco employees. We partner closely with senior leadership to craft clear, compelling narratives that align with Cisco's priorities and culture, playing a pivotal role in boosting employee engagement and supporting the company's growth. Your Impact As a Communications Manager, you will lead and execute strategic internal communications initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You will act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, simplifying complex business ideas into clear, engaging messages. This role is essential for ensuring organizational alignment and driving the efficiency of our communication programs. Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and deliver communications collaboratively with stakeholders, including talking points, presentations, emails, and organizational announcements. Manage the CX Communications Editorial Calendar and internal communication channels to maximize message impact. Coordinate and support CX and Cisco internal events, such as All-Hands, Town Halls, and Executive Quarterly meetings. Measure and analyze communication program efficiency to provide data-driven insights. Advise executives on communication best practices and lead change management communications. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience in a communications role. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience
