What You'll Do: About the role: The Business Operations Manager will support the Office of the Chief Operating Officer, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff to ensure streamlined activities aligned with leadership priorities. Day-to-day, you'll coordinate cross-functional reviews, support executive communications, and help develop insights that drive leadership decision-making. You'll assist with planning cycles, team engagement initiatives, and the execution of key organizational priorities. This role is ideal for someone energized by a fast-paced, high-growth environment who thrives at the intersection of strategy and operations.
