We're looking for a Senior Manager of Product Operations to lead the team responsible for how our product org plans, executes, and ships. You'll manage a team of Product Operations Managers, set the operational standard for the org, and partner with product and engineering leadership to drive strategic alignment. This is a player-coach role - you'll get in the weeds when it matters and zoom out to shape how the function evolves. What You'll Do Lead, develop, and grow a team of Product Operations Managers across varying levels Design and own the product operating model: planning cycles, goals frameworks, launch process, and team rhythms Partner with Directors and VPs to surface operational insights that inform investment and prioritization decisions Set tooling strategy for product ops - drive adoption of systems (including Smartsheet) that create accountability and visibility Define role standards, hiring bars, and development paths for the Product Ops function Embed AI-augmented workflows into how the team operates;
