Manager, Mid-Market Sales The Hague, Netherlands About the Role We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and scale our Mid-Market Account Executive team in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. This is a high-impact role where you will shape the Mid-Market sales strategy, drive consistent revenue growth, and foster a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration. This role is based in our The Hague office. Key Responsibilities - Own the Mid‑Market sales strategy, including segmentation, forecasting, pipeline generation and management, and territory planning. - Set clear performance goals and KPIs, and regularly review team progress, providing coaching and support where needed. - Take a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to problem‑solving and adapt effectively to change. - Demonstrate resilience and persistence in working towards ambitious, agreed objectives. - Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Channel Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment and effective feedback loops. - Ensure consistency in sales processes, tools and the application of sales methodologies. - Hire, onboard and support the development of new sales team members, building a strong pipeline of future sales leaders. - Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on pipeline and revenue to senior and executive leadership. - Support the team by joining strategic customer opportunities and helping to remove obstacles to progress. - Act as a role model by demonstrating the company's values through day‑to‑day behaviours and contributions to long‑term organisational goals.
