Senior Talent Acquisition Lead - Serbia Work Location (Country) Serbia | Remote/Onsite Onsite The Global Sr Talent Acquisition Lead is a highly skilled, expert‑level talent acquisition professional responsible for driving strategic, full‑cycle recruitment for key AMETEK Corporate roles. This role focuses on leading the full cycle recruitment process for key roles across the organization. Specifically driving talent sourcing of executive level positions, candidate screening, and the packaging of candidates to be presented to Talent leaders. Roles will be sourced both in Europe and the United States. This position serves as a trusted recruitment advisor to global HR leaders and hiring managers-shaping recruitment strategies, strengthening international processes, and elevating talent acquisition capabilities across. The Global Sr Talent Acquisition leader will cultivate deep partnerships with talent leaders to proactively build international talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless, high‑quality candidate experience at every stage. This role reports directly to the Corporate Director of Talent. This role will manage the Sr Recruiter.
