Senior Partner Development Specialist - Connect, ANZ Partner Sydney, New South Wales, AUS AWS is seeking a Partner Development Specialist (PDS) to drive our Amazon Connect partner go-to-market (GTM) strategy across Australia and New Zealand. This role sits within the ANZ Partner Organisation and focuses on growing the AConnect practice across both technology and consulting partners. This means identifying the right partners, enabling them to build and sell across the Connect portfolio, driving co-sell pipeline with AWS field teams, and ensuring successful customer outcomes. You will operate as the connective tissue between global / APJ Connect teams, ANZ partner development managers, sales teams, solutions architects, and marketing to deliver a cohesive go-to-market approach. Amazon Connect is AWS's enterprise AI platform, purpose-built to embed intelligent automation into the moments that matter most across business operations. The Connect family includes Connect Customer (AI-powered omni-channel customer experience), Connect Decisions (supply chain optimisation), Connect Talent (recruitment and workforce), and Connect Health (healthcare operations). These solutions function as AI teammates that work within existing enterprise workflows, helping organisations act faster, reduce complexity, and deliver better outcomes at scale. As PDS for Connect, you will build partner capability and pipeline to accelerate customer adoption of the Amazon Connect suite through partners.
