Amazon Web Services in APJ delivers outcomes for some of the most innovative and exciting customers in the world. We are seeking a Field Enablement Lead to effectively deliver enablement programs that equip AWS teams to better serve customers and continue to grow the business. This role encompasses both designing enablement plans that will accelerate field skills, while also tactically implementing programs individually and/or in concert with cross-functional team members. The successful candidate will combine a solid understanding of technology sales and marketing dynamics, keen eye for detail, and the ability to synthesize vast information while making it usable amongst a diverse sales audience. They will ideally have strong knowledge in adult learning principles and/or adult education and have a true passion for finishing the day knowing they've helped others succeed. This individual will work closely with the Worldwide Field Enablement Team, the Industry sales teams, and other cross-functional leads, examining existing business practices while identifying new initiatives that would result in time-savings and increased sales effectiveness.
