Job Summary The Lead Producer owns a major project pillar such as Gameplay, World, Narrative, Tech, or Co-Development. They are accountable for planning, processes, staffing, risks, and delivery across the entire pillar. Lead Producers partner closely with Directors to translate creative and technical goals into executable development plans, while managing Senior Producers and serving as core members of the project's leadership team. Duties and Responsibilities Pillar Ownership & Strategy - Own the full planning and execution strategy for a major project pillar. - Define pillar workflows, milestones, delivery structures, and quality expectations. - Align pillar priorities with Directors, the Production Director, and the Executive Producer. - Build and maintain multi-milestone plans, capacity forecasts, and long-range schedules. Cross-Discipline & Cross-Domain Leadership - Lead Senior Producers and Producers across multiple domains within the pillar. - Ensure alignment across Design, Engineering, Art, QA, Narrative, and other disciplines. - Manage cross-domain dependencies and resolve high-impact risks. - Drive decision-making around scope, trade-offs, and delivery approach.
