YOUR MISSION AT VOI As the Team Lead, you will work under the Site Manager and report directly to them, providing support in accordance with market needs. You will manage a team of Fleet Specialists and be responsible for ensuring a high quality of service for our users and cities. Your responsibilities include overseeing the efficient execution of tasks related to maintaining, repairing, transporting, and repositioning vehicles, as well as swapping batteries. As a Fleet Specialist, you'll keep Voi's electric vehicles safe, charged and ready to ride. You'll split your time between the city and the warehouse, using a company e-van to maintain and recharge our fleet. Full training provided - no mechanical experience needed.
