With the expansion of our operations in Scotland, we are now looking for a Senior Fleet Specialist Team Lead who will be responsible for leading our warehouse and in-field operations in Aberdeen. YOUR MISSION AT VOI As a Senior Team Lead , you will manage a Fleet Specialists team and ensure a high quality of service for our users and cities. You do this by ensuring the efficient execution of tasks related to maintaining, repairing, transporting, and repositioning vehicles, as well as swapping batteries. You will divide your time between managerial duties (hiring, training, performance follow-ups of the team) and performing operative tasks (in-warehouse or in-field) based on the business needs of the site. Key Responsibilities: - Team Management : Conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, coaching, and training for Fleet Specialists - Inventory & Asset Management : Oversee spare parts and battery inventory, manage physical assets like vehicles and facilities, and ensure optimal usage - Health & Safety : Ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage onboarding, and monitor mandatory training - Incident & Contractor Management : Record and investigate incidents, and oversee repairs and maintenance in the warehouse - 3PL &
