About this role
IT Administrator (Stockholm) - Full-Time YOUR MISSION AT VOI As an IT Administrator at Voi, you strengthen our internal IT function by combining hands-on operational support with solid project coordination, documentation, and learning and development skills. You keep IT projects on track, ensure processes and knowledge are well-documented and accessible, and help both the IT team and the wider organisation build capability. You work with a good degree of independence, owning workstreams, coordinating across teams, and proactively improving how the IT function operates. In this role, you will: - Provide timely, high-quality IT support to employees globally, handling tickets and walk-ins with clear communication and consistent follow-through. - Coordinate and drive IT projects from planning through delivery, managing timelines, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and follow-up. - Own and maintain IT documentation, knowledge bases, and internal guides, keeping them accurate, up to date, and user-friendly. - Support learning and development by creating training materials, running onboarding sessions on IT tools, and identifying knowledge gaps and sharing opportunities. - Partner with colleagues across departments to understand their needs, gather feedback on IT services, and translate that into practical improvements. - Help maintain and administer core IT systems such as JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Slack, and Confluence, following and improving established standards. - Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes so they remain robust, well-documented, and consistently executed. - Identify inefficiencies in IT workflows and processes, and propose and implement practical improvements, including in automation workflows. - Contribute to IT compliance and security initiatives by helping
