We are now looking for a Shift Supervisor who will be responsible for leading our team of Fleet Specialists in Glasgow. YOUR MISSION AT VOI As a Shift-Lead, you manage a team of Fleet Specialists. You will divide your time between performing tasks in-field (80%) and managerial duties (hiring, training, performance follow-ups of the team)(20%). Your responsibilities will be: - Vehicle Utilization - You are out on the streets, collecting and deploying our scooters with a hands on mentality - Navigating Logistics - Aid in receiving, packing, and deploying new vehicles - Managing your team - Create shiftplans, cultivate team performance, and proactively enhance processes when unmet expectations are met.
