Conversión en Argentina: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM 🎯 RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE .Prospección activa: Realizar llamadas salientes (outbound) y actividades de prospección de manera constante. .Venta consultiva: Identificar las necesidades del cliente mediante la escucha activa y preguntas efectivas. .Conversión: Programar citas y demos calificadas para el equipo de ventas. .Gestión: Actualizar el CRM (HubSpot o similar) con datos precisos. .Seguimiento: Manejar ciclos de venta más largos manteniendo un seguimiento constante. .Trabajo en equipo: Colaborar con los equipos internos para garantizar un traspaso sin contratiempos a los equipos de cierre (closers). 🛠 REQUISITOS Y CALIFICACIONES .Idiomas: Bilingüe (inglés/español avanzado).
