THE ROLE You'll sit in the Founder's Office and act as force-multiplier to the CEO and leadership team. This is not a "coordination" role-this is an execution role. You'll take ambiguous, cross-functional problems (GTM, product ops, compliance ops, customer delivery, internal cadence) and drive them to crisp plans, clear owners, and shipped outcomes. If you're the kind of person who can go from "figure out what's broken" → "write the plan" → "align stakeholders" → "project-manage to completion" without needing permission every step, you'll thrive here.
