Oversees the issue of equipment, collection of fees, safeguards and accounts for all funds collected on a daily basis, accountable for property inventories and resale inventories coordinates the maintenance, repair and general upkeep of all equipment and facilities. Ensures that such usage does not conflict with policies governing participation without rank or grade, activity priorities and safety and environmental protection regulations. Assures that the actions and activities of such associations are not contrary to the policies and procedures of and does not compete with, activities of the MCCS program.
