We are looking for a Recruiting Domain Lead to join our HR Systems team and drive excellence across our recruiting and employee central platforms. In this role, you will shape how ENGIE attracts talent globally. You will manage and improve our SEZAME application (SAP SuccessFactors), ensuring our recruiting processes are efficient, standardized, and future-ready. Your work directly supports thousands of hiring decisions across the group.
