You will work with customers, identify high‑impact AI use cases in their SAP landscape, and build end‑to‑end solutions in close collaboration with multiple roles at SAP within product & engineering and customer services & delivery. You will: Work directly with customers from the Oil, Gas & Energy industry and the Chemicals industry in KSA to discover, prioritize, and frame AI use cases on top of S/4HANA and SAP BTP. Design and implement end‑to‑end AI solutions: data pipelines from SAP, model selection/ integration (SAP Business AI/ BTP services), and UI/process integration. Run agile cycles (PoC → pilot → production), gather user feedback, and drive adoption in real business processes. Act as the “bridge” between Riyadh Lab customers and global SAP Product & Engineering, feeding requirements, gaps, and patterns into the roadmap.
