The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a night shift Process Engineer who is responsible for supporting and optimizing the stable operation, technical performance, and continuous improvement of solar module manufacturing processes at T1 Energy in Wilmer, Texas. This role provides hands-on technical expertise for process development, troubleshooting, yield improvement, process control, and standardization under the direction of the Process Manager.
