In this role, you will: Support Strategy & Operations of the Branch - Market Research: Conduct deep-dive research into the Italian market, focusing on competitor moves, local trends, and new partnership opportunities. - Branch Monitoring: Support the IT Branch Manager in monitoring local operational health, tracking branch-specific KPIs, and identifying bottlenecks. - Product & Business Support: Provide localized insights to the Product and Business teams to help them better integrate with local partners and Italian user needs. - Strategic Mapping: Assist in identifying and evaluating high-impact partnership opportunities that align with our long-term Italian market strategy. Assist local Marketing initiatives - Performance Tracking: Assist in conducting data-driven research to track marketing performance metrics - Reporting: Help prepare weekly growth steering reports, highlighting key insights and channel performance for the Italian market. - Experimental Growth: Help identify and document new experimental initiatives that support our overall user and revenue growth objectives. - Campaign Coordination: Help execute ad-hoc growth initiatives and co-marketing campaigns with local partners to expand our reach.
