About this role
Agile Coach Berlin About the opportunity We are looking for a dynamic, charismatic, and resilient Senior Agile Coach to serve as a strategic leader and galvanizing force within our product and technology org. Your goal will be to move beyond team coaching to influencing the organization at scale, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive business agility in a heavily regulated industry. You will be instrumental in framing challenges for the product & technology, and business leaders, and as part of the agile coaching team, you will lead & deliver complex organizational change. You will be challenged to mentor leaders, coaches, and business stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across N26. This role can be based in Berlin, Barcelona, or Vienna. In this role, you will: - Put people first and value human interaction over process. - Embrace radical change and aren't scared of ambiguity or the unknown. - Make a positive impact on individuals, teams, and the products they build. - Become a key component of your segment leadership team, partnering with EMs, PMs, and Tech Leads to align OKRs, problems & opportunities and roadmaps. - Own and drive end-to-end change initiatives and strategic improvements across the product development lifecycle. - Mentor and guide less experienced Agile coaches through structured coaching agreements to support their professional growth. - Optimize and improve scaled ways of working. - Design and facilitate large-scale workshops and offsites for domain and leadership levels to solve complex problems and drive alignment.
