Remote From the posting source Engineering From the posting source - Staff Plus From the posting source $217K-$303K From the posting source Inferred from posting Mental health support Equity Inferred from posting 401(k) reportedStaff Software Engineer, Onboarding Remote - United States Reddit is a community of communities. It's built on shared interests, passion, and trust, and is home to the most open and authentic conversations on the internet. Every day, Reddit users submit, vote, and comment on the topics they care most about. With 100,000+ active communities and approximately 126 million daily active unique visitors, Reddit is one of the internet's largest sources of information. For more information, visit www.redditinc.com . The Onboarding team owns the first experience every user has after signing up for Reddit. Every new Redditor, on every platform, walks through a flow we design, and our job is to make those first interactions feel streamlined, delightful, and personal. We guide each user through the signals we need to tailor their experience, then use those signals to help them quickly discover the magic of Reddit: valuable content and communities that feel approachable, relevant, and immediately rewarding from their very first session. Few teams at Reddit sit closer to the company's growth than this one. The decisions we make in the first session compound for the entire lifetime of a user, and the difference between a flow that connects and one that doesn't is the difference between someone becoming a lifelong Redditor or never coming back. That kind of leverage is rare, and it's why this work is some of the most impactful product engineering happening at the company. We get there by combining polished product engineering, ML-powered personalization, and rigorous

Description: "flow"Unspecified Data From the posting source - Mid From the posting source Salary not disclosed Inferred from posting 401(k) reportedSoC RTL Verification Engineer/Leader Kodaira, , Japan Company Description: Job Description: 【Reason for Hiring】 As automotive electrification and intelligent technologies continue to advance, automotive SoCs are positioned as a core technology that supports vehicle performance and functionality. The R-Car series has continuously evolved as a large-scale SoC by highly integrating a wide variety of SoC IPs, including CPUs, high-speed interfaces, memory, AI/video, functional safety, and security. Compared with the past, further improvements in fundamental performance-both higher speed and lower power efficiency-are required. In addition, support for high-speed interfaces (DDR, SerDes, etc.), functional safety, advanced security, cutting-edge technologies such as neural networks, and short-TAT implementation of large-scale designs demand the integration of a broad range of technologies. These elemental technologies must be integrated into the SoC and thoroughly verified. As functionality becomes increasingly complex, verification technologies that can comprehensively and reliably validate all functions within a short development timeframe are indispensable. Our department is responsible for defining verification strategies and methodologies required for large-scale SoC development and applying them to the product development flow. We are seeking engineers who can lead this technical domain. Furthermore, since design and verification are carried out in collaboration with design centers in India and Vietnam (working language: English), we are looking for engineers who can actively contribute in a global development environment. 【Role Responsibilities】 - Define the overall strategy and grand design for SoC verification - Integrate verification strategies and methodologies into the product development flow - Evaluate and introduce new tools and verification flows
