Build and guide highly talented engineers to deliver exceptional solutions. Responsibilities Areas of Responsibilities: Technology and Business Responsible for technical solution development (systems design & interface definition) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across integrated product teams. Capable of thought leadership with focus on core architecture with increased reusability and drive reduction in reapplication cost. Drives systems development, design effectiveness, first-time right implementation with human factors. Works with LSE, Sys and SW Architects on design and architecture improvements. Establishes strong working relationships with key stakeholders (M&PM, AdvTech, Chiefs, LSE's) to support NPI's and RMU. Supports next-gen core product evolution in partnership with these stakeholders.
