Collaborate across Honeywell Aero engineering teams and create solutions and systems that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will participate in all phases of product development and support high impact growth projects. You will have the ability to influence and impact highly engaged teams. Mentor and inspire engineers to develop innovative products and technologies. Influence & lead engineers to effectively solve complex engineering problems. Build and guide highly talented engineers to deliver exceptional solutions. Responsibilities Areas of Responsibilities: Technology and Business Responsible for technical solution development (systems design & interface definition) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across integrated product teams. Capable of thought leadership with focus on core architecture with increased reusability and drive reduction in reapplication cost. Drives systems development, design effectiveness, first-time right implementation with human factors. Works with LSE, Sys and SW Architects on design and architecture improvements. Establishes strong working relationships with key stakeholders (M&PM, AdvTech, Chiefs, LSE's) to support NPI's and RMU. Supports next-gen core product evolution in partnership with these stakeholders. Familiarity with Aircraft Certification processes, Aviation mandates, System Safety Considerations and working knowledge of certification activities Familiarity with Agile execution and product development Strategic Impact Mentors engineers to develop cross-platform skills, supports technology up-skilling, competitive
