Deputy Assistant Inspector General for Management and Policy Washington, District of Columbia Summary This position is located in the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Inspector General (OIG), Office of Management and Policy (OMAP). OMAP provides overall planning, direction, and management of all administrative responsibilities for the OIG. This includes independently delivering the full range of human resources, information technology, budget, and procurement services to support the OIG nationwide. Duties Manages and monitors the performance, coordination and execution of the day-to-day activities of the Office of Management and Policy. Provides advice and recommendations on the management, administrative, and planning aspects of the agency's major operating and administrative programs. Responsible for planning, implementing, and directing all management programs and functions of the Office of Inspector General (OIG), including but not limited to: Budget and Financial Management, Information Technology, Human Resources, Procurement and Contracts, Facilities and Space Directives, Personnel Security, Travel Management, Program Evaluation, and Management Analysis.
