We are looking for a driven and passionate Senior Manager, Mid-Market Sales Development to join our world-class sales team. What You Will Do: - Build and train members of the Sales Development team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities in accordance with company targets and that our sales organization has enough opportunities to work with to be fully productive - Weekly reporting up to Senior Leadership on pipeline pacing, headwinds, tailwinds, and action plans - Utilize key data points to drive the performance of the Mid Market segment, consistently assessing metrics to optimize sales strategies and tactics. Leverage performance insights to adjust processes and enhance results. - Manage and mentor a team of sales leaders, ensuring alignment with business goals. Establish best practices to influence workflows and optimize performance within the team, helping to achieve and exceed targets. -
