About this role
Senior FP&A Analyst Tel Aviv, HQ, Israel Wonderful enables enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for their most complex needs, serving customers and employees seamlessly across voice, chat, email, and back-office systems in any language or cultural context. What You'll Do - Build and maintain financial models to support headcount planning, investment decisions, and resource allocation - Deliver business-focused analyses (e.g., spend trends, performance deep-dives) - Support strategic and ad hoc projects as Wonderful continues to scale globally - Own the monthly FP&A cadence end-to-end (BvA, MoM performance, variance analysis, and management reporting) - Own and support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the business - Partner closely with teams across GTM, R&D, Operations, and G&A to support planning and decision-making - Own data accuracy and reporting flows across Finance, HR, and Business Ops systems What We're Looking For - 4+ years of experience in strategic finance, Investment banking, FP&A, or a similar analytical role - Experience in a Investment banking / Consulting / high-growth SaaS or tech / AI environment - Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities - Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning processes end-to-end - High ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills and confidence partnering with senior stakeholders - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
