We are seeking a Subsidiary Controller to help build the company's global financial infrastructure from the ground up. This is a hands-on role that combines professional leadership, day-to-day execution , and close partnership with senior management. Responsibilities - Full responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings in accordance with US GAAP - Prepare and maintain management reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, forecasts) - Manage ongoing work with external auditors , tax advisors, and financial institutions - Oversee cash flow management , including budget vs. actual monitoring - Provide financial and strategic support to the management team in decision-making - Establish and implement internal controls and financial processes - Oversee payroll, vendors, customers, bank reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations (as needed, together with bookkeeping) - Prepare materials for the board and investors , including financial reports and analyses - Support fundraising processes , grants, and loans as needed Requirements - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - must - 2-3 years of experience as a Controller in a company and/or at an accounting firm (Big 4) - must - Previous experience in a tech/startup environment - must - Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Israeli tax regulations (or relevant local tax laws) - High proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP
