Forward Deployed Engineer, (f/m/x) Germany - Hybrid What you will do This is not a traditional product engineering position, you'll partner directly with enterprise teams to understand critical workflows, design AI-driven solutions & build/fine tune agents that perform real tasks in production. This is a hands on generalist role for software engineers who enjoy problem solving, responsibility, and seeing the real-world impact of what they build. No two days will look the same and every client's tech landscape will offer different challenges for you to overcome. - Work directly with customers to understand operational challenges and success criteria - Translate open-ended problems into clear technical designs and implementations - Own delivery of the Wonderful platform and guide clients on best practice - Build AI agents that integrate with customer systems, data sources, and APIs - Conduct ad hoc workshops with client teams - Write production quality code to support integrations, logic, and workflows - Own deployments, including reliability, performance, and continuous improvement - Test with real data, measure outcomes, and iterate quickly - Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve the platform - Contribute to tools, documentation, and delivery practices that help us scale Why should you - You'll be part of what is tipped as the fastest
