Job Description: As we scale, our Reward team needs to keep pace with the product we build. We're looking for a Reward Specialist to join us in Tallinn , one of our major hubs in Europe, focusing on our global Servicing Ops teams. You'll work closely with our Reward Partners to make sure thousands of Wisers are paid fairly and consistently, and you'll help us build smarter, more effective ways of doing that.
