About this role
Total Rewards Manager, China & Taiwan CN Shanghai Key Responsibilities You will design and implement Total Rewards programs, including job evaluation, salary administration, sales incentives, compensation structure, benefits, local hired foreigner compensation, and executive compensation administration. You will partner with North Asia HR and Regional Total Rewards team to align business‑specific needs with global TR strategy. You will conduct market analyses and internal data reviews to develop budgets, forecasts, and compensation recommendations. You will lead compensation and benefits life cycle for sales function, manufacturing function, supporting functions for responsible locations. You will review and update TR policies to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with best practices. You will manage external vendors such as insurers, actuaries, and survey providers to ensure high‑quality service delivery. You will serve as a project lead or subject matter expert in regional Total Rewards initiatives. Qualifications You should have 8-10+ years' Total Rewards experience in multinational companies or consulting. You should have strong analytical skills and proficiency in TR program design, job evaluation, merit planning, sales incentive programs, and rewards & recognition. You should have experience supporting manufacturing/plant operations and cross‑country TR responsibilities preferred. Your Workday experience is strongly preferred. You should have strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership capabilities. Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
