Manager, HR Technology - HRIS Manager Dallas, TX - Preston Rd; Plano, TX - Dallas Pkwy The Manager, HC Workforce Technology & Analytics will be an integral role within Welltower's Human Capital team. This role leads the design, integration, and evolution of our people systems ecosystem, including HRIS, ATS, and workforce planning platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of workforce data, enabling reliable reporting and analytics, and aligning workforce actuals with planning models. The role will support data-driven decision-making across Human Capital, Finance, and business leadership.
