Role Outline As a Communications Services Officer (formal messaging system) , you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for Messaging desktop and server applications, ensuring real-time monitoring of message traffic through Messaging Systems. Your duties will include: Message actioning and distribution, user account management, and after-hours notification. Provide user training in Messaging applications and manage local accounts to maintain messaging capability. You will work in 3-person shifts across 24/7 . You will be successful in this role if you have: Proven experience in a Messaging desktop environment performing message delivery and distribution, and account administration in a p rotected network environment Minimum of 3 years in supporting Messaging support environment Effective verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset. This role requires a mandatory NV2 AGSVA security clearance . #LI-LO2
