About this role
Talent Acquisition Partner I/II Jackson, MS, US Overview The Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic partner responsible for the full life cycle of talent acquisition. Partner with assigned business stakeholders to design, implement effective and creative recruitment plans. Utilize knowledge of business operations, talent practices to promote company strategies, priorities and proactively align talent acquisition to organizational needs. This position may be filled as a Level I or II. Additional qualifications and responsibilites apply. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruiting process to include the selection, evaluation, documentation, and referral of candidates who meet the qualifications of the open positions Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, understand their key business goals and proactively partner to identify current and future talent requirements Develop sourcing strategy for each vacancy to ensure a pipeline of diverse, top talent Meet and exceed talent acquisition metrics which are established for this position Proactively identify opportunities for improving the overall candidate experience and engagement Participate in university/college careers fair event, providing a professional presentation of the Company Perform additional duties as assigned.
