Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst APAC | Remote BUILD A SAFER WORLD. About the Role TRM Labs builds the intelligence infrastructure behind the world's most consequential crypto investigations. As a Senior All-source Intelligence Analyst, you will anchor TRM's in-region targeting capability - working closely with a pod of investigators operating from Southeast Asia to disrupt crypto-enabled scam networks at their source. You will fuse OSINT collection disciplines, in-region operational access, and financial intelligence to build targeting packages on the scam compound operators, financial service providers, and cyber infrastructure that enable large-scale fraud across the region. The impact you will have: - Run intelligence and OSINT operations end-to-end against scam infrastructure across Southeast Asia, converting collection into targeting-ready intelligence for TRM teams and government partners. - Trace scam compounds geographically and operationally - combining cell triangulation, IP geolocation, GEOINT, adtech, physical OSINT, on-chain attribution, and commercially available data to identify operators, controllers, and movement patterns across across Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, and Thailand. - Work the intelligence flywheel operationally - processing investigative returns at high volume and feeding victim, operator, and infrastructure data into TRM's intelligence and product pipelines. - Find the seams - pivot from a single victim, wallet, device, or compound
