As a Contract Sales Recruiter, you will play a critical role in helping TRM scale its go-to-market organization by leading full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles during a pivotal phase of growth. You'll partner closely with sales leaders and hiring managers to define talent needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver high-quality hires across priority roles. This contract role is focused on execution, speed, and quality. You'll help TRM identify, evaluate, and engage top sales talent in competitive markets while creating a thoughtful candidate experience that reflects our culture, values, and high talent bar. Your impact will be felt in both the hires you deliver and the recruiting practices you help strengthen along the way.
