About the Position As part of the Content Operations and Implementation team, the Manager, Content Operations, is the business owner for product and content setup and a key partner across the organization. This role requires a rare combination of deep, hands-on systems knowledge and strong stakeholder management, with the ability to coordinate across functions, manage vendor partners, and balance competing priorities. This role is critical to ensuring that instructional content is integrated accurately and efficiently to support internal teams and deliver a strong customer experience.
