In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between marketing strategy, sales execution, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will optimize the entire lead-to-revenue funnel, streamlining operations and leveraging data to enhance overall business performance. Responsibilities - Full-Funnel Reporting: Develop, maintain, and automate integrated dashboards that provide actionable insights into the entire customer journey, from initial marketing touchpoints to closed-won sales. - Performance Analysis: Analyze data across the full tech stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, Web Analytics) to identify trends, conversion bottlenecks, and high-growth opportunities. - Attribution & ROI: Collaborate with finance and leadership to refine attribution models, ensuring clear visibility into marketing's contribution to the sales pipeline and overall ROI. - Forecasting: Define and track key performance indicators (MQLs, SQLs, Win Rates, CAC, LTV) to provide accurate revenue forecasts and identify potential risks. - Tech Stack Management: Oversee and optimize our integrated technology stack, including Salesforce, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), and sales engagement tools (e.g., MixMax). - Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable workflows for lead routing, lead scoring, and automated nurturing programs to ensure seamless handoffs between teams. - Data Integrity: Maintain a "source of truth" by ensuring data cleanliness, implementing data enrichment strategies, and managing audience segmentation for targeted campaigns. - Strategic Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on
