The Lifecycle Marketing Strategy & Enablement Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering collaboration and alignment across all Customer Lifecycle Marketing functions, including strategy, web, customer advocacy, and lifecycle content. This position combines creative design expertise with sharp strategic insight, transforming initiatives into tangible experiences for both our team and customers. The manager oversees business strategy communications to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the organization. The ideal candidate translates complex strategies into visually engaging, user-centric designs that clearly communicate business objectives and generate measurable outcomes. Your Impact: Lead cross-functional collaboration across Customer Lifecycle Marketing teams to unify strategy, design, and content, accelerating alignment and innovation . Translate high-level business and marketing strategies into tangible experiences that resonate with the team and key stakeholders . Architect and communicate clear, compelling narratives that define and reinforce the organization's strategic direction . Refine and optimize lifecycle content and design elements to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and business outcomes . Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing design-driven insights that influence decision-making and lifecycle initiatives. Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, Design, Business, or a related field 10 years + of experience in marketing strategy, content strategy, design, or related
