About this role

Product Manager, Members Remote (US) About the role We're hiring a Product Manager to own the financial infrastructure that underpins the Thatch member experience, and to define its future for the next two to three years. You'll own the systems that move real money on behalf of members: balances, monthly premium payments, reimbursements, and substantiations. You'll make them accurate, reliable, and scalable, and you'll build the self-serve capabilities that let members and internal teams spend less time managing errors and more time on things that matter. Over the longer horizon, you'll own member product investments that will define whether we can win on member value. You'll own the strategic groundwork for these investments: understanding what members need, what the infrastructure has to support, and how to sequence the bets that matter most. This is a rare combination of build-for-now and build-for-the-future.
