About this role

Engineer-TMSS Bangalore Position: Engineer - TMSS Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Risk Assessment & Compliance Participate in risk assessment process for machinery and equipment. Assist with ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards. Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions. Machine Safety Implementation Participate in conducting TMSS Assessments on machinery and equipment. Manage machine safety power apps. Participate in company machine guarding programs. Assist with Lockout/Tagout/Tryout (LOTOTO) procedures and ensure compliance. Collaborate with engineers and maintenance teams to design safer machine operations. Audits & Inspections Perform scheduled machine safety inspections. Document findings and suggest necessary safety improvements. Assist with safety program updates as needed. Training & Support Assist with training employees on machine safety and LOTOTO procedures. Participate in safety workshops and awareness programs. Provide support and answer safety-related questions. Assist with the development of safety documentation and procedures. Incident Investigation & Reporting Support the investigation of machine-related incidents and near misses. Work with management to implement corrective actions
