Manager - Systems Integration IN Hyderabad We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) - Systems Integration to lead complex systems engineering and OEM software integration programs from concept through production. This role provides strong local technical and people leadership while partnering with cross functional global teams to ensure on time, high quality delivery of customer focused solutions. The role also serves as the primary technical point of contact for customers in Asia, driving alignment between customer needs, engineering execution, and program outcomes. Key Responsibilities • 12+ years' experience in end-to-end systems engineering and OEM software integration programs. • Own technical delivery, timelines, risks, and cross functional alignment across global teams. • Define and execute product maturity and integration roadmaps aligned with customer and business objectives. • Drive compliance and technical excellence in ASPICE, Functional Safety (ISO 26262), cybersecurity, and validation. • Provide technical leadership across embedded software, system architecture, and hardware software integration. • Oversee vehicle level validation strategies, testing, and issue resolution. • Manage, mentor, and grow a local systems integration team. • Act as the senior technical interface for customers in Asia, leading technical reviews and escalations.
