Job Overview As a Project Management Manager in Talent Attraction, you will be responsible for leading the execution and strategy of instrumental continuous improvement initiatives for the Talent Attraction organization. In this role, you will ensure Talent Attraction is able to effectively attract and engage diverse talent, reinforce SET (Strategy, Execution, and Talent) principles, and drive innovation, efficiency, and value across TA operations. Responsibilities Reporting, Analytics & Data Ownership Own TA data integrity and reporting foundations, including Tableau dashboards, enhancements, and data audits. Deliver standard and ad hoc reports analyzing TA structure, SLAs, and KPIs to evaluate recruiter performance, along with executive-ready scorecards highlighting outcomes. Drive analytics that connect TA activity and spend to business decisions. Partner with HR Technology to enhance automation and reporting capabilities. TA Finance & Budget Management Oversee the Talent Attraction budget, including accruals, pre-paids, quarterly forecasts, and headcount adjustments in Oracle. Partner with Finance to ensure compliance, transparency, and informed decision-making. Monitor invoice timing, compliance, and manage chargeback investigations.
