Job Overview The Shipping / Receiving Support II role provides advanced operational support to daily inbound and outbound logistics activities at NCDC. This position supports execution, coordination, documentation accuracy, and compliance across Shipping and Receiving functions. The role operates above standard Shipping/Receiving responsibilities and serves as a functional support resource to associates, while partnering closely with Supervisors and Logistics Leadership. This position does not include direct people management responsibilities. Job Requirements 2nd shift Support daily Shipping and Receiving operations to ensure safe, compliant, and on‑time execution of inbound and outbound material movements Act as a functional support resource for Shipping/Receiving associates by providing guidance on standard work, priorities, and issue resolution Assist with workload coordination across docks, staging, and shipping lanes to support operational flow and shipment commitments Support carrier interactions, freight coordination, and dock activities as required Documentation, Systems & Data Accuracy Prepare, review, and validate shipping and receiving documentation including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, commercial invoices, and customer‑specific requirements Execute and support SAP transactions related to receiving
