Job Overview TE Connectivity's Engineering Project Managers lead cross‑functional engineering projects and are accountable for meeting financial, schedule, quality, and customer expectations . The role partners closely with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance , and other global TE functions to ensure successful project execution. The Engineering Project Manager provides leadership across New Product Development (NPD) and Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) projects and is fully accountable to the Project Approval Committee (PAC) for assigned projects. Job Requirements Project Leadership & Governance Act as the overall project owner and primary point of accountability to the Project Approval Committee (PAC). Lead cross‑functional project teams and drive projects to successful completion. Ensure achievement of Design Requirements, Opex, Capex, and Timeline targets . Project Planning & Execution Define and create project schedules, communication plans, and execution strategies . Develop and proactively manage the Project Charter , including accurate P&L ownership across all project phases. Identify stakeholders and establish effective communication plans.
