Your main tasks: Lead and oversee a portfolio of engineering and manufacturing projects, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets Drive cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams Manage project risks, dependencies, priorities, and escalations to ensure smooth execution across the portfolio Provide executive-level reporting and portfolio visibility, including progress updates, milestone tracking, and resource planning Ensure consistent application of project governance, change management, and lifecycle management processes Support and mentor Project Managers by promoting best practices, execution discipline, and continuous improvement Act as the key point of accountability for portfolio delivery performance and strategic execution alignment Y
