Why This Role Matters ​As a Global L&D Program Manager you'll support the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of Goodyear's global professional development programs across different levels. You'll ensure high-quality execution of learning journeys aligned to Goodyear's leadership competencies and development strategy while partnering with regional HR and business stakeholders to drive adoption and impact. The position combines program management discipline, learning design partnership, and stakeholder coordination to ensure programs scale effectively across regions. What You'll Do Professional Development Program Delivery · Support the implementation of global professional development journeys aligned to Goodyear's framework · Coordinate program planning, participant management, communications, and logistics across regions. · Partner with facilitators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of programs globally. · Ensure learning experiences are structured correctly within enterprise learning platforms (e.g., Workday Learning).
