About this role

Senior Data Scientist Copenhagen | OnSite Subsets (YC S23) is an early-stage startup building the future of AI-driven subscription growth. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will join the early team to build and own the ML/AI models and feature engineering systems that power CRM and Lifecycle automation for millions of subscribers across some of the largest consumer subscription brands in the world. What you will do - develop and deploy machine learning models that drive subscriber retention, churn prediction, and lifecycle optimization. - own and develop new ML features from conception to deployment, ensuring reliability and scalability across our product. - design and implement data pipelines and feature engineering workflows that feed production ML systems. - deepen our predictive capabilities to unlock new product features and insights for our customers. - ensure model quality and data integrity through proper validation, monitoring, and performance tracking. - building data pipelines and LLM-powered RAG systems on proprietary experimental data to drive personalized lifecycle initiatives. - work in a lean, high-performing team where you will have a significant impact and assume significant responsibility.
